About me
Our presenters have been teaching remotely since 2016 and are teachers at the South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Math. Staci Weeks teaches mathematics to students in a pre-engineering program. If she can help the students master math content, then those students will have the skills they need to pursue the ambitions they have in those other STEM areas. Leslie Washington teaches chemistry. In her educator career, she has served in various roles. She has provided support to the classroom teachers in the form of technology infusing, best practices, and effective teaching strategies and techniques for improving instructions.
